Leadership Team

Nick Falcone

Nick Falcone
Nick Falcone is an innovator and recognized leader in Florida’s tourism and hospitality industry. He founded NDM Hospitality Services, LLC in 2011 with the vision of becoming a multi-faceted hospitality, real estate, and technology conglomerate. Since that time, Nick and the NDM Hospitality team is changing the face of the real estate, travel, tech, and dining industries; creating new ways to manage real estate and take vacations, and bringing higher service standards to casual dining.
NDM Hospitality acquired the territorial rights to the Dade County BurgerFi franchise, which opened in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 2012. They became the chain’s first franchisee and a model for all those that came after; recognized as franchisee of the year, operator of the year, and leading the entire franchise in year-over-year sales growth. In addition, NDM Hospitality became the leader of the BurgerFi marketing co-op and established many of the standard operating procedures used by BurgerFi franchisees across the world. The 2 newest restaurants are The Wharf, a Seafood and Entertainment venue, and Lizzie’s, a BBQ restaurant, both in Central Florida.
In 2015, NDM Hospitality’s fastest-growing company, Rentyl Resorts, launched the first branded single family residential resort in the world named Encore Resort at Reunion. This new travel sector blends the comforts of a home with the experience of a resort under a consistent brand. The company continues to grow, providing management and brand services and has become a top 45 management company in the United States in 2024.
Falcone developed partnerships with Marriott Homes & Villas®, IHG, Hard Rock, The Walt Disney Travel Company®, Margaritaville, and the Jack Nicklaus Companies. These partnerships have led to Co-branding relationships and the ability for Rentyl Resorts to grow both in the Franchisor and management sides of hospitality.
Falcone and his brothers/partners Dan and Matt launched in 2022 Rentyl Apartments & Homes & FA Retail. Rentyl Apartments & Homes specializes in managing multi-family and built to rent home complexes around the country. FA Retail specializes in managing retail and entertainment districts across the state of Florida. NDM Hospitality is shaping the future of hospitality, with an established Culture built on mutual success with a “Win from Within” mantra.
How He Lives Well
When not working, Nick loves spending time with his wife, Jaclyn, and four children: Nicholas Jr., Olivia, Bennett, and James. He is a devoted fan of his alma mater, Florida State University, and his hometown team, the Miami Dolphins. He enjoys fitness and physical challenges.

Dan Falcone

Dan Falcone
Daniel was born and raised in South Florida and was exposed from a young age to the real estate and hospitality industries. In 2011, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University’s School of Business with many aspirations. It wasn’t long after graduating that Daniel founded his family business, NDM Hospitality Services, with his two brothers.
NDM Hospitality’s first acquisition began in the restaurant industry. They became the first franchisee of the quick-service chain, BurgerFi. Daniel, along with his brothers, developed the business operations of the restaurants. He created company processes and procedures for all aspects of the company including training, daily operating tasks, human resources, and accounting. He started and led the BurgerFi marketing co-op in South Florida and continues to be involved with all facets of BurgerFi. Since the initial store opening, the company has grown to adding 7 additional BurgerFi locations while receiving awards for franchisee of the year, operator of the year, and leading the entire franchise in year-over-year sales growth.
In 2015, while achieving success and growth in the restaurant sector of their business, Daniel along with his brothers decided it was time to diversify NDM Hospitality’s portfolio of operations. It was at this time they created Rentyl Resorts. Rentyl Resorts is a hospitality-based technology, management, and services company that provides solutions to innovate all facets of the industry. With substantial growth and a continuously growing portfolio, Daniel manages various parts of the company’s operations, accounting, and finance departments.
Most recently, Daniel has been involved in NDM Hospitality’s newest ventures Rentyl Apartments and Spire Loyalty. He oversees Rentyl Apartments, which is a multi-family apartment management company that launched in 2021. In addition, he played an integral role in creating the processes and facilitation of building the innovative technology for the hospitality and real estate industries, Spire Loyalty, which will launch in 2022.
As a managing principal of the various companies under the NDM Hospitality Services umbrella, Daniel’s vision is to continue to sustain the rapid growth of the company they have seen thus far. He is proud to say that they have grown from an idea started by the three brothers to now employing more than 600 people throughout their companies combined.
How He Lives Well
Daniel Falcone is a man of loyalty, value, ambition, family, and hard work. When he is not working, Daniel loves to spend time with his wife and three children, watching Formula One, and skiing during the winter months.
